Communication Meeting

A communication meeting is held every Monday in the Cairns board room to provide updates on what is happening in everyone's week coming up and to collect good news stories from the week before.

All Division/Department Heads, Accounting, Labour Hire, Safety and Quality Staff are invited, welcome and encouraged to attend. (If you can't attend could you please e-mail Mark Kerridge details to be read out at the meeting)

- Poly welder date has been changed - No date has been sent now.
- CS spotters request last Thursday and then cancelled that day. Phone call on Saturday afternoon to get them to site today or Wednesday. Zak Daley was booked and cancelled and then booked again and then he had to cancel late yesterday. Josh Marks Stein is booked in to go out this week.
- Sharon Ryle Medical expiry - no dates are suitable so has a exemption from the nurses until medical can be booked in.

Production
- 8 x Labourers required for Production ongoing until further notice.
- Granz Run - 3 x employees onsite currently - finishes on 04.12.

Workshop
- Workshop Supervisor: Kevin Barnsby: Medical has been completed - Awaiting on confirmation from Brad.
