Do you have any medical conditions which may affect your ability to work or pass a functional examination?
Due to the nature of mining/heavy industry work, you agree to:
Comply with all Company and site Safety Rules and Procedures?
Wear and use any Site Identification card to enter or leave a Site?
If a smoker, comply with site rules and designated areas?
Wear and use the correct personal protective equipment at all times?
Comply with Clean Shaven Policy on necessary sites (for Respirator use)?
Not use, carry or be in possession of weapons or firearms on a Site?
Work shift work if required, subject to being medically fit?
Abide by site accommodation conditions for any site?
Minimum requirements for employment with Dawsons:
Working at Heights Certification (two-year validity)
Confined Space Certification (two-year validity)
Police Check (within 12 months)
If not, are you prepared to undertake these at your own expense?
8Conditions of Employment

  1. ATTENDANCE: Timesheets must be completed and signed off daily by the Site Supervisor.
  2. EMPLOYMENT: All employees will work to client rules and regulations.
  3. PAY: Wages paid by Electronic Fund Transfer. A pay advice slip issued each pay period.
  4. SUPERANNUATION: Provided under the Government Superannuation Guarantee.
  5. VEHICLES: Must hold a current valid licence. No driving under influence of alcohol or drugs.
  6. SAFETY: Abide by all safety rules at each site.
  7. MEDICAL: You are responsible for attending any required medical appointment.
  8. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Employees found under the influence may be immediately dismissed.
  9. MISCONDUCT: Dawsons reserves the right to deduct costs for policy breaches.
