Minimum requirements for employment with Dawsons:

Working at Heights Certification (two-year validity)

Confined Space Certification (two-year validity)

Police Check (within 12 months)

ATTENDANCE: Timesheets must be completed and signed off daily by the Site Supervisor.
EMPLOYMENT: All employees will work to client rules and regulations.
PAY: Wages paid by Electronic Fund Transfer. A pay advice slip issued each pay period.
SUPERANNUATION: Provided under the Government Superannuation Guarantee.
VEHICLES: Must hold a current valid licence. No driving under influence of alcohol or drugs.
SAFETY: Abide by all safety rules at each site.
MEDICAL: You are responsible for attending any required medical appointment.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Employees found under the influence may be immediately dismissed.
MISCONDUCT: Dawsons reserves the right to deduct costs for policy breaches.
